Current Employee Questions and Self Service:

Check Stubs, ADP or Taxes

 Information for ADP is on the poster in your crew room. 

You will need to set up an ADP account on your first pay day.  The registration code: Valluzzo-ipay.


What If I'm locked out?  The employee should  e mail   ADP@vallcomp.com with their first name, last name, last four of Social # and their birthday. They should also include their e mail address


Any submissions for ADP of the below form for ADP or Checkstubs will not receive a response. Please follow the above instructions.

InstantPay or Direct Deposit

 

How do I activate my Instant Card?

  1. Get an Instant card from your manager on the first day that you work-Down load the app “Instant financial” on your phone. IF YOU HAVE HAD An INSTANT ACCOUNT BEFORE, YOU MUST LOG INTO YOUR ORIGINAL ACCOUNT! On your WELCOME e mail there is a link to a video on how to set up your account.
  2. You will need to have your picture I.D. and Know your national store number to activate your card.
  3. It will take 3 to 5 business days for your account to be approved from your first day of work.
  4. a. If an employee has any of the following situations, they will not receive Instant offers.

                     Deductions on your check will keep you from getting Instant offers.

                           Garnishments on your check will keep you from getting Instant offers.

                           Changing to Direct Deposit you will no longer receive Instant offers.

                           If you still have issues, you must have the manager contact your supervisor.


How do I change to Direct Deposit:

  1. A Direct Deposit form from your bank will need to be completed and given to your General Manager. Please make sure that it has your name, account and routing information on this form.
  2. If you have a problem on payday with your direct deposit, ask your manager to contact your supervisor so they can check on this.

Employment Verification

The individual or organization requiring the Employment Verification should email the form in to payroll@vallcomp.com or fax in to 225.372.2792 and allow for 3 to 5 business days on return
