McTeacher’s Nights are a fun exciting way to raise funds for your school! These turn into fun, profitable, gatherings where Teachers, students and their families are invited to McDonald’s and they get to interact outside of the classroom.
How is it different? The teachers work at McDonald’s! Get behind the scenes and help pass out food, work the drive thru, sell cookies, or simply meet and greet with the students and their families. Most schools raise at least $300 in one 3-hour period, but many have made much more!
Tuesday-Thursday of most available weeks, choose a two hour period to host your event. Most schools choose 5pm-7pm or 6pm-8pm.
Volunteers will typically help greet guests, help take orders, deliver food to tables and give out balloons and fun activities. These All Stars can make this event a phenomenal success.
Your team is responsible for arriving early for training and ensuring support is available for the entire event.
Most schools make an announcement, send flyers home with students and even offer a dress down day if students stop by the restaurant. Social media can be a great way to promote this event.
