Michael is passionate about leading teams of people and running great operations. He takes the model of mentorship to heart whether in the restaurant kitchen, at home with his four children, or out in the community where he believes “we are only as good as our people, and we’ve got a tremendous responsibility to treat them right on both sides of the counter.”
